Consulting & Regulatory Design

  • On-site pre-inspection consultation | $50.00 per visit

  • Online pre-inspection consultation | No charge

  • Traffic Safety Plan (Including initial designs) | $99.00 per hour, minimum 4 hours

  • Additional diagrams | $65.00 each

  • Permit application and administration | $50.00 each excluding any permit costs levied by approving authority + 10%

Resource Brokering

  • Brokering - sourcing and arranging the traffic management provider as part of the plan and design or stand alone | $85.00

  • Management - sourcing and arranging the traffic management provider and managing their on-going delivery to your worksite | contractor costs + 15%

Equipment Hire

  • VMS Board - Color | $125.00 per day

  • VMS Board - Standard | $100.00 per day

  • Automatic Traffic Signals (Trailer) | $230.00 per day

  • Delivery/Collection Tariff | $150.00 per booking

Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
Company means the service provider issuing the quote, invoice, or agreement.
Customer means the person, company, organisation, partnership, trust, or other entity purchasing services or hiring equipment from the Company.
Services means any labour, consulting, traffic management services, planning, design, or related work supplied by the Company.
Equipment means any tools, vehicles, machinery, traffic management equipment, or other items supplied by the Company for hire.
Regulatory Authority means any council, road controlling authority, government agency, or authorised body responsible for approving traffic management plans or designs.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the Company to provide Services or Equipment hire, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all work undertaken by the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms
All invoices issued by the Company are payable in full on the 20th day of the month following the date of invoice.

4. Late Payments
Any invoice not paid by the due date will incur a late payment fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per week, calculated weekly, until the account is paid in full.
The Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs incurred by the Company in recovering overdue debts, including collection fees, legal costs, and administrative charges.

5. Equipment Hire
Where Equipment is supplied by the Company, such hire is subject to separate Equipment Hire Terms and Conditions specifically applicable to the hire of equipment. These additional terms govern matters including, but not limited to, hire periods, responsibility for damage or loss, equipment use, and return conditions.

6. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information required for the provision of Services and to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety requirements relating to the work being undertaken.

7. Traffic Management Plans and Designs
The Company may prepare Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), Traffic Safety Plans, or related traffic control designs for submission to a Regulatory Authority. Once a plan or design has been approved by the relevant Regulatory Authority, responsibility for correct implementation and compliance with the approved plan rests with the parties carrying out the work on site.

8. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company accepts no liability or responsibility for any incident, accident, injury, hospitalisation, property damage, or death arising from the use or implementation of any Traffic Safety Plan, Traffic Management Plan, or traffic design once it has been approved by the relevant Regulatory Authority.

The Company shall not be responsible for incidents resulting from:

  • Failure by contractors or site personnel to correctly implement the approved plan

  • Changes made to the plan without the Company’s approval

  • Site conditions differing from those provided during the planning stage

  • Failure by any party to comply with regulatory or safety requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability for any claim arising from the provision of Services shall be limited to the value of the Services provided. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, or delays.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
